Issues such as, relationships, grief and loss, trauma, overcomming life long barriers to success, and interracial issues represent major areas of expertise.

I relate well to adolescents and adults through warmth and acceptance.  My approach to psychotherapy is to use my skills to help people develop inner resilience, and the self confidence to direct their own lives.  It is my hope that through my guidance you allow yourself the opportunity for healing.

I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each individual . With understanding, I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and to attain the personal growth and emotional healing they are seeking.
