When the past continues to overshadow your life please know that change is possible. Feelings come and feelings leave and they are only feelings. Painful feelings do not have to control your life anylonger. You can be taught to gently face your emotions and move towards your desired goal(s). When we view things differently, we begin to feel differently, ultimately behaving differently.
Imagine putting on a pair of sunglasses. Once we are looking through dark colored lense things look differently. Our glasses are our core belief system. If your core beliefs are causing depression, anxiety and unhappiness, please know that you can change those beliefs.
