Have you ever wondered why you look at life the way you do? This
question speaks to our core beliefs. Core beliefs strongly impast the quality of our lives. They represent our view of other people, ourselves and the future. Core beliefs are learned from childhood throught our lives. They have proven to be rigid and very difficult to change. By identifying harmful core beliefs, we can discover the root causes causes of our thoughts, feelings and behaviors.
Imagine putting on a pair of sunglasses. Once we are looking through dark colored lenses things are filtered through our glasses. Therefore, we are seeing things differently. Our glasses are our core belief system. If your core beliefs are causing depression, anxiety and unhappiness, please know that you can alter those beliefs. You are not powerless.
